Stayed here for 1 nights (04th-05th aug'21) you will not find an owner like mujtaba. He truly believes in 'atithi dev bhava. As soon as we arrived, he welcomed us with the most flavorful 'kahwa' mixed with homemade gulkand. As we sat and sipped on the kahwa, he took us through a journey of the last 105 years of his houseboat business. He had some wonderful stories to share & we enjoyed listening to them while enjoying a perfect and beautiful sunset at nigeen lake. The houseboat itself was very beautiful, clean & well maintained. The food served on the houseboat was excellent & made to order. Ayoub, one of his staff members was very helpful & made our entire stay very comfortable. Towards the end of our trip mr. Mujtaba took great care of us & ensured that we stay safe. I would highly recommend a stay here as you will truly have an unforgettable experience

It was a great experience!! The boat owner was kind and informative! You have to take a small ride in a boat to reach the houseboat which is good! You have a common Reading and dining room and individual bedroom with attached toilet! Overall it's a great experience and recommended!!

It was really good adventurous trip and well organised by the HOUSE BOAT OWNER MR. It's a very nice place to stay which is very clean and hygeinic. Nice spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Nice food provided which was like home made. Cooperative staff all time on service. Overall a great experience.

Very nice place. Good services. Gentleman Owner. Kashmir beautiful place. Yakub bhai very well support ed to manage the tour. His friend Jahurbhai the driver is also a very nice guy. Both means a good tour package for the travellers.

I stayed here for 2 nights (27th-28th May'17) with my Husband & Sister. You will not find an owner like Yakubji. He truly believes in 'Atithi Devo Bhava'. Towards the end of our trip there was a strike in the city but Mr. Yakub took great care of us & ensured that we stay safe. I would highly recommend a stay here as you will truly have an unforgettable experience.

Location is beautiful and houseboat is also neat and clean. Even nobody can find a single dust particle. Owner of houseboat is superb and excellent person. Nobody ask for tip. And finally I want to say beautiful houseboat with all amenities.

Peaceful Place, Away from crowd. Rooms are clean. Staff is very cooperative. It's value for money. Nearby road side. Easy to access Shikara Ride. I enjoyed a lot and got recharge in one night. Beautiful site seeing from balcony of House Boat. Superb!

Experience at New Golden Flower group was heavenly. Every thing was beautiful, let it be walls, sofa, curtains, bed, etc. The looks resembled ancient British theme. Chicken curry was very tasty. Security was good. Cleanliness was great. Thank you Mr. Ayub for offering great hospitality. I would love to visit this place again.

We 3 families stayed in houseboat for one night. Reached in afternoon. Houseboat is located at ghat no2. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff is very cooperative. Common TV in houseboat living room. Owner arranged shikara ride and Children enjoyed sightseen. Food quality was good.
