My feedback, the condition of the resort is not good, 1) i got light issue hurting my stay and called report manager at 3 am in the morning to switch on the generator set. Next day during rain again light gone and they didn’t switch on the generator set. Room condition is so bad. They have provided one towel to us and without shampoo and shop which they provided after the call. During rain i was very surprised that water package happened in ceiling. After complaining they change our room but another room don’t have basic amenities, like washbasins. My recommendation please don’t book this resort. This resort is not ready to stay

Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions, power outages are frequent in the area, and although we switched on the generator at the earliest, we regret any discomfort you faced.

Upon receiving your complaint, we promptly arranged for a room change to ensure a more comfortable stay for you. However, we deeply regret that the second room did not meet your expectations.
To show our commitment to making amends, we have waived off your total food bill amounting to ₹1540, and a copy of the bill is attached for your reference.
