The stay in hyatt palace was nice and comfortable. The staff is polite. However, few things needs improvement eg. In-room dining menu should be kept in the room. It's a new property and hence i believe they have shortage of staff.

Overall excellent experience right from check-in to checkout, the staff was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious, and the extra bed and required items were already set up. Food from the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was good in its spread and quantity.
