Lovely hotel. They gave me a room at 11 am inspite of the standard procedure and even upgraded me to a bigger room without any charges after seeing that i was traveling with a toddler alone. Aditya at the front desk was very helpful. Room was very comfortable and of a high standard. Highly recommend hyatt regency, teynampet, chennai.

Rooms, bed, bathroom and other room facilities are having highest hygiene and comfort. Breakfast has large varieties. 1. Feedback which can be improved - bar section was not customer friendly and our germane colleagues faced few concerns of non attentive and delayed service - almost 30 min delay to serve

The stay was very pleasant. Good business rooms and facilities. The breakfast spread was very extensive and the staff was very attentive to guests. Chittu and sweety really looked after us at breakfast
