Review Of Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort

The food and the room were really good. Although the location was nice, there was a lot of travelling to reach the hotel. Here are some suggestions, firstly, for the walk to the Dharamkot Village, we were walking on slopes. A walking stick here would have really helped. Also, although the monkeys were nice companions, things like sitting in the room’s private garden could not be enjoyed fully. The staff were too, quite respectful. During meals, if I needed anything that was not a part of the buffet, the staff still got it made for us. Upon ordering anything during these meals, the food was brought quite quickly. The pool area was quite warm and it was fun to swim as we did not feel cold. The home cinema had a nice selection of movies, comfortable sitting, and they also got popcorn made for us to eat while watching the movie. The home cinema and the indoor pool were one of its kinds. We have never experienced something like this in any other of the star properties. The Camp Hyatt had quite a few activities for children including an X-Box, carrom, clay modelling, etc. It was a memorable stay and a beautiful resort.

Good stay with scenic views amid forest and dauladhar range views. Is oneof the best resorts in india after Wildflower Hall in Shimla

Very good experience and the staff in the dining room were courteous and Chefs gave excellent dishes .

Please do not visit this property to celebrate any family event, occassion etc as this is not an ideal place due to certain property restrictions on photography. if you are visiting during off season, be ready to get only limited food selections with skeleton menus. Junior staff is excellent and most hospitable. don't fall for their lounge offer and note the half board options doesn't even include non-alcholic drinks.

property is very good. Everyone in staff is extremely courteous including housekeeping to restaurants to even door keepers. they take feedback very seriously and act on it then and there. very small things were also taken care of beautifully

Superb property. Awsum location. Food is very delicious. Pradesh Pani mocktail is my favourite. Hospitality is commendable.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Dharamshala was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming demeanor of the entire team was evident. Every interaction, whether with the front desk, restaurant staff, or housekeeping, was met with genuine smiles and a readiness to assist. Their attentiveness and professionalism made me feel valued and incredibly well-cared for throughout my stay. It's clear that the staff here go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. The hotel's amenities are equally impressive, catering to every need for relaxation and enjoyment. The well-maintained facilities, from the inviting common areas to the beautifully designed rooms, speak volumes about the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. Whether it was unwinding by the pool, enjoying a delicious meal, or simply taking in the serene surroundings, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a truly luxurious and rejuvenating experience.

Location was secluded and and abit difficult to reach . Its inside a dense pine forest which is beautiful but very limited mountain views. The staff was great and service was very good and prompt in all departments. Food is good. Breakfast menu needs to be better- all three days we stayed had the same menu. Rooms were quite nice with good bathrooms. Otherwise location is in a peaceful place away from the crowd of mcleodgunj. Dharamkot village is walkable

THE STAFFS ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL Mr Dinesh was very cordial and helpful at your reception desk All other members at your restaurant were helpful Your chefs were very helpful for preparing new dishes . Which we enjoyed very much

The location of the hotel is just perfect...you can enjoy nature...smell the crisp fresh air, watch the sunset..take a walk within the premises..meditate.Easy accessibility to all local attractions, including tea garden. Amazing food..must try the local thali. Staff is super helpful..everytime anytime. All

The hotel provides all kinds of facilities from live music fire place to all weather pool . Great hospitality everyone in staff is very cooperative. Food was really delicious.
