We stayed at the regency suite and the room was very nice. The location of the hotel is very good as it is in central location and most places can be reached easily. Service of the hotel staff was very good especially the restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We ordered some customized food for our daughter and they made accordingly.

I landed late after missing my flight and not only was the staff understanding but also ensured i had a quick check in to my room. The food too was top notch and worth its weight for a late night meal.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor hiccups. The room was immaculate and spacious, perfect for two guests. The bath area stood out with its modern design and excellent amenities, making it a relaxing retreat. Room service was efficient and courteous, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. Both the breakfast and dinner spreads were impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. However, the dining experience at the café area was slightly marred by their seating policy. The staff seemed overly insistent on assigning tables, which sometimes resulted in uncomfortable seating arrangements, particularly when trying to manage plates and enjoy the meal. This was a bit frustrating and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
