The stay was excellent. Courteous staff who treated us efficiently. Right from the doorman to the staff inside, everyone made us feel special. These are the staff members who went out of their way to make our stay and my birthday extra special! front office smita sohail shalom and krishna jessica fnb sachin komal arjun chef vishal arrangement dharmendra for chicken tandoori akash housekeeping who decorated amazingly! musician phillip the doorman, valet too!

Nice ambiance, pleasant fragrance and atmosphere, delicious breakfast with hospitality. Room was neat and clean. Overall nice to stay in hay-at regency. Musicians were fantastic. It is very good to here music in the morning.

5. The stay at Hyatt Regency Pune was very pleasant. Experienced the welcome right from the staff at the entrance, with their smiling and courteous demeanour. The check-in was smooth and the service staff was very helpful. We as a family enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner with the generous and delicious spread. Since it was a short visit we could not enjoy the swimming pool and spa. Saving that for the next visit😄

We had a great time, the pool is temperature controlled and they have a lot of amenities. The breakfast is something you want to look forward too. Overall hyatt is always the place we prefer for our stay

Excellent stay at hyatt regency as always. Superb staff. Super quick room service. Excellent spread at breakfast. The 2 bed apartment was super spacious. Totally recommend this hotel and the 2bed apartment for a family with kids or just 2 couples.

It was best experience out there. Very attainable staff. Room was neat and clean. Best part is mr. Sandip from security head asking to every car owner for car washing and cleaning and did impressive job over there.

The stay was amazing. Enjoyed the property completely. They have a indoor temperature controlled swimming pool & that worked wonders to relax, after a long trip to the hotel. Staff was courteous. Food was amazing.
