The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

Stay at i palace was excellent. Room which we stayed was of premium quality. Staff was very cooperative, specially mr. Satish was very cooperative & well versed with english. Cleanliness was amazing, may it be lift or staircase. Balcony view was pleasant too. Only con is lack of restaurant in the hotel. Would request hotel owner to provide a electric kittel in rooms as no restaurant is available in their facility. Secondly just a request to hotel owner to keep other staff who understands & speaks either hindi or english. That will really help the people staying at their hotel.

Located just few kms aways from city. Location wise oki, property is good for the price. Room and restroom was clean and spacious. Parking space available, if it's full we can park outside also. Food we ate outside since it's 5mins ride to city we did not enquirer about food options in property. Overall if your looking for decent stay for family, in budget u can go for this.

Very clean, calm and safety, it’s like single bhk. 2 km away from main town. Room service was very good. There was an issue with bathroom light they fixed it as soon as we informed about it.

Location is great. Amenities are good. There is no food or restaurant available in the hotel, but they do have room service from the nearby hotel.

A very beautiful experience staying in ipalace hotel in chikkamagaluru with family,well maintained and haiginic and cleaned rooms and amenities, best service from staff (especially Mr. prasad hotel manager) good suggestion for sight seeing and arrange vehicle and for reasonable price, best food and complimentary breakfast, quick service and response from room boy's and my request give me another hour for our convenient, our family like very much for safety and atmosphere, I personally recommend to stay compertebly in this hotel.......

Hotel is very near to the center of the city. Rooms are very clean and spacious. They have their own restaurant although we did not try their food since there are good local food joints nearby. Hygiene: 5/5 location: 5/5 staff: 4. 5/5

I really loved the stay. It’s a service apartment and it does feel like home. Neat and clean. Near to market place mg road and hirekolela lake. Host is also nice person also the helper. Talking about the view can see hill just half km from the place
