staff behaviour is very rude, staff behavior rude for who booked room on online booking application

I was refused stay at the hotel. They told me i had to cancel the booking myself. My booking was non refundable. I did not get my money back. This has been a very stressful experience as bijapur is a small town with very few places to stay.

Toilet flesh not working. No 0 bulb.

Such a terrible rooms like govt bus stand neatness not maintained and no one not respond to time to time

Booked a room room was little cozy and not satisfied me and bath room was not good, toilet was stinking all is not a good experience.

It was nice and secure, and it's near to bus stop, beds is good. Service also good. Lift availability is very helpful for all and etc.

None of the benefits available in those rooms. Toilet spray and flush not working. Received just 1 towel for 3 rooms together. Geyser not available. Rooms were completely dirty. No management whatsoever

It's to good stay in room it's totally so excellent stay in room but room cost is so high please reduce the cost of the room price

Dirty, unhygienic, bathroom and rooms are very bad stale smell, not good to stay over there for family, no hot water in bathroom and no blankets given.

It's so better staying rooms and facility

Too many cockroaches everywhere in the room and washroom. Even the bed and cupboards were infested

They don't give drinking water for free which is a customer right they should at-least keep a water jug and glass
