Everything k good but when i cheek in the morning one receptionist have no standard how to behave with the customer no taking sence have beeda in mount h and unable to speak too bcz of tht except tht while coming reception another guy have very good attitude morning the person may be i educated it seems

Room facilities are not much but location is good. Very good veg restaurants near by the place Gol gumbaz and Bar Jamal is very near by it also food is very good at the hotel. Staff is also good and helpful.

Too many cockroaches everywhere in the room and washroom. Even the bed and cupboards were infested

They don't give drinking water for free which is a customer right they should at-least keep a water jug and glass

Booked a room room was little cozy and not satisfied me and bath room was not good, toilet was stinking all is not a good experience.
