Superb stay, delectable food!
We had a wonderful stay. Location, food and amenities were great. Special compliments to the chef for a wonderful vegetarian spread, it was beyond expectations.

Good Stay. The hotel rooms were decent sized, and the cleanliness was good, comfortable Food at the restaurant was awesome. Only drawback was, they won't provide Iron box and iron board inside the room. The outside in the common area facility is given, but due to no ventilation, one cannot stand long time infront of iron box heat. They must provide the Iron box service inside the room.

Nice rooms. But small compared to other hotels. Good ambience. Every Friday evening live music. Located in prime area. Good for budget travelling.

Average Stay
as IBIS is a well known hotel, kolkata ibis hotel needs to work on their service. I had booked a room in this hotel for my aged parents but there was no one in the hotel who could shift their luggage to their room. they did it all by themselves.

Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful stay at ibis Hotel, Rajarhat. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The room service was excellent too — quick, courteous, and very professional. The staff made sure everything was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d love to come back to!

Really liked the stay and staff. The food was below average rest is fine and yes the carpet outside the room doors need to be properly cleaned. It’s very dusty and causing claustrophobic atmosphere

Fabulous experience at ibi
The stay was pleasant and awesome unlike last time, the stay and overall experience was super good the ambience and the fragrance was always the same whenever I visited Ibis also the staff experience at the reception was simply superb Souvik guided us very well throughout the checkin HK staff were super good with their services politely and humbly
