Good Stay
Nice service, well behaviour of all staff but food quality should be better. I ordered chicken biriyani but rice was like chawing, tight rice not boiled properly, but service was good.

Enjoyed the Stay in IBIS.
Room was clean, Supportive Staff, Good food. good location. overall, it's a pleasant stay. Cleanliness and Hygiene at the room can be improvised. Rooms are Lil Cramped for 2 adults and 1 child. Pricing for the food is okaish compare to other hotels. Reception Staffs must go thru kinda trainings on Basic etiquette and English communication. Amenities are limited but enough for business stay.

Poor Stay
Few points which needs to be taken care of 1. Ordered for ice cream which we didn’t receive for 1and half hours eventually had to cancel it. 2. Bed sheets were stained from inside which meant the sheets were not fresh 3. Inner part of the water closet was dirty. All these points are mentioned not to get any compensation but just to let you know that the stay was not free..We paid for it and this is what we got . Thank you room no 322

Food quality and taste was very poor, room amenities was poorly maintained, both the night lamp was not working room no 717.
