The resort is good with great food, good amneties, polite staff. They never denied to give us ride from reception to the rooms. On time service.

Excellent location right on diamond harbour road. Ro is good (winter green) with dual ac. All basic amenities provided. Excellent behaviour from all staff of hotels we have received. Foods are very costly which is quite suitable as per their standards. Room service is a little slow.

The overall experience was amazing. The staffs were very polite and humble and trued their best to fulfill our requirements. The resort was hygienic and maintained. The food was delicious too.

Ibiza fern resort, thank you very much for this amazing stay. The place offers calmness and serenity. Food and hospitality and the pool is all amazing. Clean and minimal rooms, super big bathrooms, prompt service. First timers should opt for club fern as thats the main building.

Service is too good. Behaviour of all staffs is very good and positive. Food taste is excellent. Room is quite comfortable. Just need to increase staying time, it should be at least 24 hours booking instead of only 21 hours. Overall experience is very good. Thank you very much.

The food we ate was tasty at the buffet restaurant staff was excellent service was supper. Food quality was cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful. Our waiter was so attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect, beautiful greenery overall, this was an incredible experience. Room was large lake view room 215. Game room was great place to chill.
