Good hotel with very simple and down to earth humble people ready to serve clients anytime. Food was very homely and fantastic. People who want lavish food stay away from the hotel. But if you need a home like food and accommodation it is an amazing place. We enjoyed.

Stay with the iceberg was excellent. This is our second visit in Munnar and we must say it a perfect stay for my family in Munnar, very calm and quiet place with rooms are well maintained and room with balcony view to the mountain. The restaurant they served wonderful food with Kerala menu. All the staffs are very courteous and there hospitality simple awesome. I would love to stay there again my next visit. Thank you so much to team MakeMyTrip for the wonderful option iceberg hill resort.

In my experience hotel is ok for accommodation but it’s not well clean and complementary brake fast is not good, i requested to hotel team pols give satisfaction to all customers because we are selecting a option through makemytrip

Off road hotel not resort

Hotel location is entirely remote location from Munnar, there is no road to reach hotel, since it's located off road and huge steak off roads, even though we have own vehicle but highly risk to drive this road. Not recommended

Location was ok but the food was terrible

Food was very tasteless and very less variety was present
Staffs were wearing dirty clothes and maintenance was very poor. Balcony door was broken, remote was without back cover.
