Hotel name: icon grand hotel by bhagini location: bangalore rating : 9/10 room: * comfort and cleanliness: impeccable. The room was spotless, with plush bedding and soft lighting. * room size and layout: spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of storage. * amenities: toiletries, smart tv. * bed and pillows: extremely comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. * bathroom: spacious, clean and a separate rain shower. Service: * front desk staff: efficient and friendly, offering personalized assistance. * housekeeping staff(rafik: attentive and discreet, ensuring the room was always immaculate. * restaurant staff: knowledgeable and courteous, providing excellent service. Food * offering innovative dishes with good presentations. Overall experience:icon grand hotel exceeded my expectations. The staffs was exceptional, especially miss. Suparna (guest relationship in charge) act towards guests is a good plus. The amenities were nice, and the location is very good for travelers who expect value for money and hygiene. The hotel's attention to detail is impeccable. It was a truly unforgettable experience. Tips for travelers: the hotel is 17-18 km from central busstand, 18-19 km from central railway station and 40-41 km from airport.

Hotel is in good locality, rooms are clean and food ls are also good. I liked the hotel ambiance, but only one problem about this location is; you will not get cabs, auto easily through cab booking app.
