Comfortable and neat

The place was comfortable, neat and hygienic. The staff were courteous. It was very close to the office location and i will likely stay more often.

I had very low expectations when i booked my room there. It was a pleasant surprise with icon premier hotel, my stay was comfortable and rooms are much better than some of the international hotels in that area.

The location of the hotel is perfect for commuting near a lot of work spaces. I had booked a club room which had a nice, big balcony and 2 beds set up with a separate bathroom and wc. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was polite. The food that we had at breakfast was really good with a lot of options. The hotel has a cab service which is available to guests but one has to book it a bit early as it was not available to us due to unavailability at that time. The hotel also provided us with a room to freshen up at an early hour of the day before our check-in time. And also kept our luggage to be sent to our room later before we came to the hotel in the evening. Overall it is a place i will use on a recurring basis from here onwards.

The rooms were of a decent size. They were cleaned regularly. The staff is the major attraction for this hotel. They really do care about their guests. I missed the window for breakfast one day, even then they allowed me to have a late breakfast. They are really doing a great job.
