Idam na mama - The property is located at a prime location of HSR layout, easily accessible for booking. Our stay was just average, rooms were ok and clean during visit, however we didn't sleep the whole night due to bed bugs or parasites crawling all over the bed, you cannot even see with your eyes but the moment you lie down, it crawls all over your body. the quilt was stinking and unwashed, towels had sour damp odur during use. It just ruined our stay. Honestly so pathetic if the property owner cannot do basic amenities right. Just not worth it if you are compromising your sleepl at nights.

Property location, food , amenities & services are good. Ambience created through modern lights is amazing. Bathrooms are bigger and has modern look. Caretaker was helpful. But if you are travelling with senior citizens, it will be difficult to go to first/second floor as stairs are only way. Since common areas like the kitchen and dining rooms are on the ground floor, one has to come down to use them. Also they have strict check out time and they shall put fine if one overstays for extra hours. Also the property is managed by a third party not the owner directly, so it gives you feeling more of a corporate stay not a homely stay.

A beautiful property, it was a pleasant stay and the host was welcoming and accomodating. Rooms were beautiful and the beds were clean and soft. Kitchen was functional and the ambience made it feel very homely. Definitely recommended for group of friends and family. Location is prime, walkable from main road and has lot of food + shopping places nearby. Definitely a must-try stay.

Room was nice, but facilities are not upto expectation, like beds are no that much comfortable, toilets are filthy, care take was polite but he is dirty. Location was very good.
