Staff behaviour was good rooms were enough spacious just one thing room heater and warm water to drink should be provided in the room overall the service was good

Nice place to stay for those who want economic stay. Well connected to road and shikara and dal lake. Neat and clean. It will be excellent if they provide towel and soap and of courses small almirah (cupboards. Overall good for the amount we spent. Next time i will prefer to stay. All basic needs are available on demand. This place is newly constructed, proper ventilation and privacy is and help full attitude of owner of guest house.

The room condition was very poor and there were no basic amenities like drinking water, etc. The cost for that poor room was also very high. Bad experience.

in mmt i booked a nice looking room , when i went to hotel , they provided a very bad room , with no cleaning no lights no clean bed sheets and not the bed worth of sleeping, bed was so hard that it feels i was sleeping on floor over all fully disappointed ☹️
