First of all, I was never aware that the place is strictly vegeterian until after I have made the payment. Secondly, the bathroom is in a dilapitated condition. The commode had brown stain marks from where the water was pouring. The sink was clogged. And the shower drain was not intact. In addition, no bathroom products were provided let alone toilet paper. Thirdly, the rooms seemed it had been ages since it was last cleaned. Fourthly, the roads leading up to the resort was not even a road. It was a path filled with gravel and pebbles throughout. All in all the experience was horrible and will definitely not recommend anyone to visit here.

the property location is away from beach or main road. the road is very bad that even it's difficult for Auto rikshaw to reach there. hotel staff is nice but the hotel room was dirty, bedsheets seems like they are not washed properly. no soap, shampoo in bathroom.

Worst experience ever had in terms of everything

Great experience
We have stayed here for 2 nights. Our experience was amazing. Food here is great in taste. Authentic maharashtrian style food and must try their solkadhi. Rooms need some maintenance but they have immediately changed our room without any request for great experience. Staff is very helpful. Location is also nice.

water issue
The property was good, food was tasty, the only one thing I did not liked was that there was a lot of water issue in bathroom. No tap water and others. Also there was a regular light off and the generator was not working regularly. No street lights. It was big scary to step out of the property after 7 pm.

The property was located quite inside. There was no soap or shampoo provided in the rooms. And it was too overpriced as compared to the services provided

Good stay near nagaon beach
We stayed at hotel Sai palace over the weekend. it is close to nagaon beach. pool is good. rooms are clean and offers scenic view outside. good homestyle food is available within hotel. overall a very good place to stay.. value for money

staff looks very arrogant, swimming pool not properly maintained, no rule for using this pool, people are drinking in pool, not safe for kids. i got ill after back to home due to this swimming pool water. room is spacious but no proper water coming in bathroom

Terrible Stay
The hotel room was not clean and lacked basic hygiene standards. We had initially booked for two days but decided to check out early due to these issues. Improvement in cleanliness and maintenance is definitely needed
