Excellent Stay
Excellent stay. Good owner. Too good sea food. Clear and clean swimming pool. Superb gardens. Ample car parking. 12min walk from Awas beach ( 2 min drive). Overall excellent experience. Good option for family trip.

Not a good experience
Stay: The bedsheets and blankets were dirty, and the room wasn’t ready upon arrival — we had to wait. The bathroom fixtures were broken, and the cushions were also unclean, which made the overall stay uncomfortable. Food: The food service was extremely poor. Delivery to the room took a very long time, and when ordering multiple items, they were delivered one by one. For example, I received the main course first and the drinks much later. When I requested a drink replacement, they took the original one and never returned with the new one. Location: The location felt unsafe at night, especially if you’re traveling by bike. It’s quite isolated, taking about 10 minutes to reach the main road. The surrounding area felt deserted and eerie.

Disappointed with Kovi Inn Homestay
Food price is high & Quantity is too low, Bathroom is not clean buckets are too dirty, Swimming pool water is also not in good condition. It's not worth for price. By walk beach is on 15-20 Mins.

familyLocation - not easy to locate. Repair of road is very essential. Food - when we ordered some items were not available. Amenities - there were mosquitos in the room. Swimming tank is very deep, it is not possible to swim for children. Cleaning of tank is necessary. Services - good

Affordable, comfortable, difficult roads.
Had clean enough rooms, washrooms, hotel, nicely prepared food. Extremely helpful staff. Do not expect fancy luxury. Imagine that you are in a farm life. Note- if you aren't a fan of getting lost on abandoned, dark and loneliest roads in the night here, then please use car routes on google maps and not the two wheelers.

Stay at Kovi's Resort
The only drawback us the location. it is 10 mins walkable distance from Nagaon beach but roads are bad and one need to have 2 /4 wheeler to go to this resort. Staff and service was good. Thanks to Sandesh who was a really good host. Food was also good.

Good Stay
It was really nice stay at ilif 2763 and got proper response and room service. Test of food also good. But if you don't have own vehicle it is long from beach

familyLocation is ok. But there is no management there. . No rules and regulations. Hotel staff allow to create a noise pollution and dirty atmosphere

Poor Stay
familyLocation is far, too much interior and really bad connectivity. Location given on map and actual location is different. Hotel never bothered to keep their name board, anywhere. Even small or tiny hotels are having their board/directions. The amount charged and the facilities not matching at all, add to it the location
