Friendly staff, tasty food with good quality and quantity, swimming pool, lawn was well maintained, children's play area, snooker and carom board made our day pass the day time.

Anniversary outing

I went for an anniversary outing. Fast check-in process since it was a weekday Wednesday. No welcome drink was given. The room was good but no fridge to keep your stuff. The kettle was provided. No snack items in the room. Nice cozy bed with limited Airtel TV Channel. The resort is huge in the area. Nice billiards table and swimming pool.

This place is not properly maintained so no pleasant atmosphere there. We were the only guests in huge property. I found fewer staffs and not professional. I found this place below average.

It is an average resort with limited staff. The things were not organised like welcome drink was not there. there is no staff to get the luggage. We have to brings our bags on our own. The bonfire was arranged after 2 hours of argument. The only good thing was the meals were a la carte.

Very poor response to to booking and payment made. Took lots of time to confirm and allot room. No responsible person available during night times. Break fast starts after 9 am only. we could just stay fr 2 hrs

It’s very bad experience all together. First of all cleanliness is very poor, all the place, corridors filled with dust. Even rooms latches not properly closing. Secondly no food available in restaurant, not even a coffee or tea was available. Thirdly no proper security at place. Went out at 6 in the morning and no one at the gate, had to open gate myself and exit, none bother to check who is coming in or going out. Overall worst experience. And you are charging 1k more than what exactly the charges are at the place per room per day.

Hotel is way expensive compare to service you get

Nobody was available on reception so had to call for check in. Room was full of ants both side of sleeping bed and response was it’s expected. Bathroom had water leaks.

Rooms are spacious, but ac was noisy and not cooling down the room, restaurant is worse. Breakfast, lunch, dinner everything was undercooked and not up to the mark.

Right from the locks of the door, AC, TV, water in wash basin, nothing was working. Large property but very poorly maintained.
