I used to handover room key to clean the room & bed sheet but when i used to return nothing was done. Rest everything is ok

Sty a was ok in imperial guest house, room size was small not that big, location wise not that great, nearby no food available, also no food facility inside hotel, even not provided complimentary water bottle or bathroom refreshments, but only good point was staff courtesy was good

Room was too small. Insufficient ligh. Most of led bulbs were fused. Shower not functioning. Only electric kettle in the room, no tea bag

The room is small and not clean. No proper wifi, no proper water facility. The room is not worth 1800.
