Excellent place. Friendly staff and wonderful location. We have tried different food and every time we were surprised with sumptuous food. Apart from located on the mall road, hotel people are helpful and friendly. I have stayed here in the past and will do so in the future as well.

Nice large space room

The professionalism and warmth the hotel and their team exuded during our stay in thier facility was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you for upholding the highest standards in hospitality. Our stay at the india hotel was very nice a very comfortable stay with a nice wide view of the lake right infront of us staff at this hotel is very flexible and welcoming they helped us a lot my parents were there with us, so they modified their own booking and shifted us to the ground floor thanks raman joshi ji this is just 1 instance at every step they are there by your side ready to get anything at just 1 call

Good place to stay close to the city

We were group of friends stayed there for 3 days. Hotel location is so impressive. It is right on the mall road. Staff was so good. Food was also reasonable. The only thing which i didn't like is they don't have parking facility. We have to park our cars in public paid parkings. Rest everything is very good. Would definitely visit this place again.

The location is amazing right on the mall road. The food was alright. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They would also give u good suggestions wrt travel and your local sightseeing itinerary. The rooms are huge but old style

Experience was very good. It was very cold at night. Room heaters should be provided. Hot water bags was provided to mitigate the cold nights.

Decent stay

The stay was decent, although the furniture and beddings are very old. Service is quick and good. View is blocked by trees. And the cottage rooms are on the second floor so it was a lo g climb. The hotel is situated at the finest places where we could get down as many times we wanted to walk in the mall road.

Fittings in bathroom and also room very old and shabby. Needs renovation in both bathroom and room. Almirah was not properly functional. As per tariff of hotel very low standard.

Room facilities as per the rent is very poor

We have booked a lake view luxury room. On check-in, we came to know that there is no lift and you have climb upto 4th floor. So on request they have provided me at 1st floor. As per the rate the rooms were not upto the mark. Hot water was available upto 7pm only. No dental and other toiletries excep soap is provided. They have charged rs 8000- but no facilities as such.

Location is good, as it is located on the mall road but the room look very old, bathroom did not have a shower and hot water supply was from 7am to 7pm only
