the manager and his wife was so nice to interact with and they made it sure that we’re in our home away from home. the location is absolute treat for eyes and highly recommendable for nature loving people. food was home made food and they have a quite a good menu considering the remote location of the property the menu and delicious food both surprised me. myself with parents and kids enjoyed the wonderful massive swimming pool. we had a wonderful stay and thanks to raj and family for that extra love and care❤️

Situated far from city's chaos the Resort is ideal for some calm stay. Ravishingly beautiful. The staffs are too much helpful

Amazing location in the middle of greens. I could see peacocks and lots of other birds. Very nice swimming pool. The resort has created a trail to go up to a point that provides a amazing 360 deg view of vast greenery and mountains. The resort is 30 min from Kanyakumari. Call up the resort and take guidance from them on the best route to reach the resort. Google does not always give you the best motor able route. The hosts Mr. Raju family were wonderful hosts. Great place for nature lovers.

Never expected to find such a great resort in Kanyakumari. Its one of the best resorts I have ever stayed. Located at the foothills, its a real treat for nature lovers. It has one of the best / biggest swimming pools I had ever seen. The resort staff were great and helpful. The food was truly South Indian. A five star resort with affordable prices and great service. I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday along with nature.

It is a best location, no doubt. But it has only 12 rooms and since it is at outskirts if yours is the only family at the resort and all other rooms are empty, then at the night time you may get unsecured feelings especially the ladies. If you are afraid of lizards, then it is quite difficult to stay there as lot of and variety of lizards are freely moving all around the rooms 24 hours. Other than this the location, the food, the resort people and their service is fantastic. If you have a group you will definitely enjoy.

The hotel is located by a hill and the accommodation was very comfortable. We had nice view of Kanyakumari and Nagarkoil from the hotel's water tank located on a hill. My kids enjoyed the 12 acre garden filled with different fruit plantations( Mango, gova, etc.). If you are driving, take a small van or an SUV, because you need to go through village roads. The cook prepared a homely food for us with a short notice. They have huge swimming pool. As a nature lover, I liked the pleasant and natural atmosphere at Indian hermitage.

Hotel is very good place outside City. You can drive in and out. Road for some distance not good. Food is costly. Owner is decent but very strict.

Best place to relax away from the crowd. Don't expect luxuries of holiday resorts. If you like home food and peace of mind, then this is the place. Reaching the place is bit of a challenge

Indian Hermitage Resort is placed deep inside Kanyakumari Trivandrum Highway (NH 47). When we reached the place, we were quite sceptical of the services. However, the services offered by Raju and his team made us feel at home and it was one of the most pleasant stays that I had. Raju especially took a lot of pain to deliver the quality service.

Hermitage is a true term to describe this hotel - access would be impossible without local knowledge - something we managed to gain due to the hotel making pickup arrangements. The rooms were a pleasant surprise - they were quite well maintained and the swimming pool is large (the room key is probably larger). food was good and healthy - though it is advisable to order hours early - they prepare every dish that you order from scratch (thus you can customize). Best part about the hotel is the friendly staff - they were very helpful indeed - be it with customized baby food, travel arrangements or local remedies to scorpion bites :)
