Everything was good. Rooms, beds. Food. All were good. But the management can be more good. They have to be more professional. Behaviour and all are decent. No problem. But allover management could be more better

I am really sorry to say that the service wasn't as good as the hotel mount royal. I stayed here for 3 days but the television was not working, the intercom system not working. I am really upset. One thing i have forgotten is that their food is very good, their chef "milan lepcha' s cooking is awesome.

The room was not as per description given over net. Stinky room, washroom overflowing with water, tiny room, with tv out of order, small bed, broken mirror on the wardrobe which also stink-ed and wasn't usable, the electric kettle was also out of order, below standard accessories provided and more over immense discrepancies with what we were provided and what had been depicted. Though the complementary breakfast was good. Some of the staffs were well behaved and courteous. After heated arguments and on complaining to mmt, they agreed to change the room. The stay was indeed unsatisfactory

We had stayed for 2 nights on 30th and 31st dc 2020. Points: the lift was not working and we were given a room at the fourth floor. Room no. 402the room ended where it started. It was so small that even my bathroom was bigger that the room. The phone was not working, had to go down till ground floor to ask somethingthe water was leaking from the basini had paid and never expected this.
