Property was very elegant with unique architecture and the rooms are also very beautiful with excellent service of the staff. The staff of the hotel is just a call away, anything u need u just call the front desk and same will be given to u in matter of no time. Morning breakfast was very delicious specially south indian. If anyone is looking for a stay in jammu then this hotel is best to stay.

Staff was very helpful. We stayed after returning from mata vaishno devi. They helped cut coconut and musk melon we got in prasad as it would have not been possible to carry it on flight. They served us food without onion or garlic on our request. They informed us before hand of extra person charge for two kids rather than as a surprise on checkout. They also provided upgraded room due to extra person charge and included breakfast for kids. Overall an honest and helpful attitude. Thanks.

It was a very good experience, value for money place. Staff is well mannered, room has all the required amenities. A good amount of space for parking vehicles. Hotel is just next to bus stand and near to railway station

The stay at the hotel is comfortable. It matches with the services of a 4 star property. Staff was cordial and cooperative. The only problem, that too on a-lighter side, is food took a long time to come to room.

Hotel fortune is located in the heart of jammu city and is located on a wide road with a short distance from airport and railway station. Facilities of hotel are one of best available in hotel in industry. Servicices are par excellent. Tourists visiting and staying in jammu have this hotel as one of the best options. I personally liked it very much. Food served is of high quality. All amenities are matching 5 star hotels
