Innra Guest House

We stayed at innra guest house on 5-1-23 and again from 8-1-23 to 13-1-23. The staff were warm hearted, polite and provided good service with a smile. The people at the front desk were prompt and friendly. The room was compact and the bathroom clean and with all necessary facilities ( hot and cold water 24 hours a day. We stayed in a suite which came with a complimentary breakfast every morning. On the 6th morning we went to the sunder-bans on a package tour. The receptionist suggested that we could leave our extra suitcase with them. She said it would be safe with them because there is a cctv camera and staff at all times in the premises. The doors were locked up at night. We found this arrangement very helpful. The guest house is located on the main road with many eateries nearby. For vegetarians there is an udupi restaurant on jatin dais road which is the 5th lane to the left as you exit innra. There is also an atm nearby. We highly recommend innra guest house for all these reasons. We had a very comfortable time there.

This Innra Guest House is one of the more (if not the most) affordable places to stay at in South Kolkata. The Rabindra Sarobar is 2 mins walking distance from this place. There are a lot of eateries around the Innra Guest House and since they do not have a kitchen of their own they can either bring you whatever you want to eat from one of these places or you can just order anything yourself! The quality of the rooms and other facilities are pretty good for the price point. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Special shout out to the amazing manager of the Innra Guest House for helping us out with customizing our stay despite the odd check-in/check-out timings. Innra Guest House is always my first choice when I am looking for a budget Innra Guest House in Kolkata. Thank you!

I stayed there with my fiance who was here from rajasthan. The place is near to lake market easily accessible from metro station and also bally-gunge station is near. It's easy to locate. You get amazing restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff here is co-operative. We have breakfast included, i must say that you should try their puri sabzi as breakfast. It's really good. Haven't tried the other options as we are pure veg. The place is neat and clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The charge is also quite less compared to other Innra Guest Houses we have stayed. I give this place a 10/10.

the location gets 5 out of 5 stars. the place is on the main road with hundreds of cafés and food joints around. the nearest metro is just 10 minutes in auto. I am very happy with the cleanliness of the place. the room and washroom were clean. all the electronics were functional. I didn't opt for the complimentary breakfast but their service was impeccable. I had ordered some food but did not have to go down for it. it felt very safe throughout the stay. the check-in receptionist guy in particular was very polite.

I booked for my mom and dad, who are senior citizens. I booked a standard non-ac room for 3 days. Their overall experience was good and they enjoyed their stay. The service was also good, and all the staff were nice to them. When they first got to the room, there was a geyser water leakage problem, but they were given another room. The area is also very peaceful and neat. Overall, they enjoyed their stay. Based on their experience, i highly recommend it if your budget is under 2000.

This is a nice clean place. The place was very nicely kept. It was cleaned every morning. If we were sleeping in they would call and come later in the day to clean. The staff were all very nice and polite. Also they give breakfast directly in the room which i really appreciated. The best thing about the place is the convenience of the location. I could go anywhere in south kolkata i wanted from here. Overall really happy with the stay.

I stayed for 2 nights, rooms are clean, staffs are courteous value for money. I definitely recommend people to stay at this Innra Guest House if you are looking for a budget category Innra Guest House which are clean and safe. Intercom facility was not working, but staff are always available to take care. I fully appreciate make my trip for the charge they took for this Innra Guest House as it is worth for staying 2-3 days.

The Innra Guest House & staff tries to do the best it can. Nice tasteful decor, clean sheets, towels, hotwater, newspapers in room, coffee maker in room, ac works fine. Polite staff. Good location in south kolkatta. Nice eateries around. Overall good. (only thing is size of rooms, which is maybe okay by kolkata Innra Guest House standards, but if you are from outside, you will feel they are very small)

The rooms were clean and nice. But the only problem is there is almost no room space there. Apart from that everything is so good the staff behaviour, there servings, toiletry

At the time of entry temperature should be checked whether it is check-in time or normally back from outer side. Wi-fi speed is slow. Room area is very small though very clean and hygienic.

Hotel is in great location. Easy to find and room was decent. I stayed there as a couple. Hospitality was very good and behaviour of staffs was really impressive. I booked initially non ac room but after reaching Innra Guest House i payed only 500 ( for 1 night ) for ac room. Great experience it was.
