this is not 5 star property rank not good food 🥘 and no variety for vej dish and no swimi pool for kids adult swimming pool is damaged by tiles not good 😌

It was a good time at this resort we had our honeymoon stay here the food was really great we did enjoy the beach view and tikkishack it was definitely a pleasant evening

Some of the rooms were dirty. I called the staff but they did not come. It takes too long to fill the bathtub with hot water.

very neat room and enjoyed well with bath tub😍😍 our kid enjoyed the swimming so well and was in the bath tub for long time

We had a wonderful family trip. They were very friendly and warm. All the amenities were great.

The rooms in intercontinental were amazing. They were spacious. The swimming pool is average. They food was very tasty and there were more options than expected. Staff is polite. Mini bar was empty and they fill it only on request. Property is beautiful but i expected a bit more as it is a 5-star property. The bath tub and the wardrobe in the rooms are nicely done. Overall the resort is good but i was a bit disappointed in the pool.

Food, service, location, amenities all good. Housekeeping, room phones need improvement. Coconut water to be added in menu.

The room conditions are extremely dilapidated. Peeled walls, stained floors on the bathroom. The breakfast was crowded and hot. We payed for the bay view suite and absolutely not worth the price they are charging. Would not consider visiting unless they do a complete refurbishment.

Terrible food experience. Staff has no knowledge and are unable to understand customer requirements. Even the house keeping staff needs to improve. Property has become old and needs renovation.

Intercontinental is at a fantastic location very close to mahabalipuram, crocodile park and great places to eat. The resort has great amenities including 3 good restaurants and access to a private beach. The rooms are modern and spacious. Perfect place for a beach vacation!

Nice hotel, good staff and food. But the hotel is just too big and could have been designed better. The beach is also a letdown

The stay was pleasant. We had gone to celebrate our daughter's birthday over the weekend. It would have been good if the resort had called us ahead, as we wanted the room to be decorated. If we had to pick one qualm, it's the frequent power cuts. My wife was having a severe head ache and the power cut in the night just exacerbated it, as the room temp spiked a bit. The pool must be equipped with more equipment to cater to everyone in the pool. Food-wise, our pallettes were left very satisfied with to of peng. The dimsums were very delectable. The breakfast spread was as usual we find in any restaurant, nothing to write home about. They could have included more continental varieties. Overall it was a memorable stay and we came off with lots of memories.

Rooms were without balcony, except that everything els was good

The property is huge and very beautiful and well maintained. The in room dining could be better. Kokommo was good. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Property is located on the main road ecr, so very easily accessible. Welcome to the resort and welcome drinks provided was really good. Property was serene and well maintained, high tea was provide in the evening. Access to private beach. Overall experience was excellent

Restrooms were not maintained properly. The hand shower, head showers were not functioning properly. I would suggest the management to ensure proper functioning of amenities before they allot to the guest.

Absolutely great, ambience, upkeep, the sound of the beach and the silence made the trip unforgettable

The rooms are nice and spacious and resort is very beautiful. The food quality can definitely improve and is not worth the price.

Room are very clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is very clean and both g size to enjoy. Beautiful beach shore. Dining is very fantastic.
