The room was unclean on arrival: stained sheets, dust in the corners, bad smell.
Maintenance issues: peeling paint, chipped furniture, bathroom fittings that leaked or were broken he actual condition of the hotel did not match the listing/photos: it felt much lower quality, and the location had more noise/chaos than portrayed.
