Good Stay
The stay was good .. it’s a decent and well maintained hotel with close proximity to airport and nexus mall. However the hotel is regular stay for airlines staff and hence the staff have a tendency to look away or ignore basic service to other customers. I have highlighted the same and they need to be conscious

Staff friendly. Food excellent. Facilities good, and in good condition. I took a rear suite, quiet, away from traffic. Maybe mattresses need to be reviewed not great. Otherwise, excellent value for money 👍

Location is central and very nearby to the railway station and not far from the airport. Property and staff are good.

Great stay at IRA !
Stayed at IRA royal orchid with my senior citizen mother after a trip to Puri. Were welcomed by Sambit with a smile and a refreshing glass of lemon juice. The overall service was excellent. Location is about 30 mins to airport. The premises are neat and clean. At the restaurant we opted for odiya food for dinner. The dishes were delicious and the service by Satyam at the restaurant was excellent. Overall, excellent hotel, friendly and approachable staff, and would definitely like to be back again.

average stay low light in rooms and outer areas
Too much of fragnance which was annoying in rooms and lighting in the rooms were not sufficient . Overall an average stay .

good but not so great
the location is easy to find & the behaviour of staff is not so very good we didn’t have good experience with thier rooms there was stains on the bed-sheet and pillows too overall very horrible experience the in-room dining prices are so damn high and most of the times the food items are not even available why they even bother mentioning 100 items on the menu from which they can only serve 10 or 20 hotel management has to improve this because this is not giving off 3 star hotel things after all these they are providing us worst facility and they are charging high from us they should truly try to improve all these drawbacks first.
