This was our first time to ITC Gardenia , I loved the stay, staff at the reception made us feel comfortable. Breakfast spread was big and nice.

A small staycation on birthday
Had an amazing experience at ITC Gardenia. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They took great care of us, especially with my 3-year-old — her baby food was prepared perfectly. All the meals we had were delicious, and the amenities were spotless and luxurious. Highly recommend for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

Hotel location, food, and services-- everything was top notch. I was stuck at couple of places where the courtesy staff of ITC helped and was resolved in no time. The response and the helpful nature is something which got stuck and will make me revisit to ITC always

went for a marathon to B.lore. was fortunate to have itc so close to the start venue. Very helpful staff. provided us coffee and bananas at 3am at nite. Lovely ambience. however, we as a family of 10 had to sit under the sun( glass dome ) for lunch. Excellent food.

Expensive but low service quality. Ordered for a particular type of soup, got another type. And without additional items I asked. staff don't appear to be attentive. something is wrong as I hadn't noticed this in past stays...

best property to stay in Bangalore
Excellent property with top notch facility , the bar is excellent and the pool too..hospitality needs to be improved, front desk was not quick enough, I had the wait to get access to the lift as I had forgotten my access card in the room.

Good Infra, poor service
Good location, well laid out rooms but frontline staff is a let down. Inefficient checkin experience, disinterested service. It’s a great property and middle management is keen to ensure you had a good experience however the frontline is letting them down. I would not recommend it. Much better options available nearby.
