ubject: Feedback on Reception Staff Conduct
Dear ITC Team,
We had a very pleasant stay, and the rooms and overall arrangements were excellent. However, I regret to inform you that the experience at your reception was disappointing. The staff on duty between 11:00 PM and 11:30 PM were extremely rude, despite us mentioning that we had guests with us.
This kind of behavior was unexpected, as we have always associated ITC with warmth and hospitality. I kindly request you to review the CCTV footage for the mentioned time slot to identify the staff member on duty. Such conduct is not acceptable and may impact the reputation of ITC if not addressed.
I am sharing this feedback only because I truly respect ITC and value our relationship. I hope corrective measures are taken so that valuable guests do not have such experiences in the future.
