Pathetic Restaurant service

Not at all happy with the restaurant ( pavilion ) , the service is pathetic, basic hygiene is missing, no cutlery is being provided at table , when asked for it they will take 20 mins for that , i have to call 3-4 different waiters for the cutlery , the basic thing spoon should be provided at the table but that is missing also of asked the same they will give only a single spoon even if 2 people are sitting on that table .

Hi this was my third visit to ITC Grand Goa..the property is massive with nice modern rooms , big balconies and beautiful landscapes and stretch of beach is outstanding! It has some great restaurants in near vicinity..but the only shortcoming I found was that the staff is very friendly or trained..there was chaos at breakfast buffet every single day ..and variety in food was also less ! Nevertheless the ambience of hotel makes it a great option to stay at in South Goa ..moreover they have a really nice pool !

The property is wonderful . There are three massive pools amd a jackuzi. The rooms have natural made bath tub . The pools and everything was clean . The kids club is a delight for the kids . Food variety as well as taste was amazing

The stay was great. I was touched by the hospitality from day 1 to the last day of the trip. I initially was planning only one day trip but extended for 2 more days on the same property. The staff was very good ar thier job, cera, divya, cynena, javed, neha , olga all made sure we were comfortable. The cooking was blend of uniqueness , the menu was versatile. Overall i would definately visit the property again its a relaxing heaven.

The property is beautiful with a private beach. Lots of activities to do for the kids. The breakfast buffet spread and taste could have been much better, this is something that could be worked on, rest the entire stay was comfortable

My bestest Goa stay experience

Spa experience was too good. Buffet Breakfast and Dinner was great - we enjoyed the food and services from team. Room service and in-room dining requests were catered quick. Pool was very clean and huge so enjoyed the solace and as well as some fun time with strangers. Reception staff was very polite and helpful. Pickdrop service from airport was very nice with cabs in great condition.
