Greenery maintained make stay more interesting
Very pleasant stay . All facilities were excellent.Room was quiet clean and hygienic.food arrangements were excellent

Poor Stay
I was quite disappointed with the itc in Agra. The service was good but the room had a weird smell and when asked the staff to do something about it just came and used a small spray which only lasted for an hour or so. Would say it’s worth

Average Stay
Air conditioner was not working properly we called them twice at night but they were not able to fix it

The stay was really comfortable and relaxing.The property was amazingly beautiful and huge . We had a great time during our stay!

Good Stay
The rooms & food quality are really good but they need a lot of training when it comes to services, it is very slow and they do not have elevators anywhere in the property which is again not a good thing.. They need to work on that, the rest is good to go.

its wonderful stay
Stay was nice as always bt no bill policy is quite troublesome some time and insulting also that someone follow u for bill ... be clear for advance cash deposition policy’s... if u Dnt deposit in advance than plz dnt insult ur guest that pay immediately after spa bcz apka kch deposit nai hai. A stay to be cherished
It was an excellent experience. The hospitality was outstanding. The rooms were spic and span, the food was sumptuous, the decor was awesome. Loved the entire package. The reception staff were excellent in their support. Would definitely come back and recommend it to family n friends.

Awesome and must stay
