Review Of ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel

Amazing location. Full fledged 5 star experience. Super breakfast. Decently sized rooms. Courteous staff. Restaurant food is also very good. Only area of improvement is firmness of the beds. I found them to be too soft.

luxurious property.very comfortable stay.had gone for birthday.they made me feel like a queen 👑💖.was given a pool side beautiful room with wonderful decoration.special thanks to MR.manoj and MRS.poonam Kapoor and all the chefs.food was awesome and they made special food for me without onion and garlic.

Overall a good stay for the family , the staff was courteous and the buffet food was good - multiple options and variety . The location is near railway station - while not much crowded but not the most ideal . Overall a good option to stay in Jaipur

At core ITC Rajputana has the hints of 5 star service. Food is great, staff is courteous, property is great. However, the experience overall is not that impressive. Rooms are old, requested rooms are not available - in fact we had to take a downgrade at no refund to stay close to family. Toiletries are which we never used and room locker Car wasn’t washed (not even requested by hotel), kids play area was a joke, and AC was worse than Jaipur shops.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, but only disappointment withthe size of room in dis star rating(5star) n price, and had all the amenities we needed. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and the service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to be back for a longer visit".

Everything was great. The property is centrally located closer to main things and happening place. Amenities and services were excellent and world class. Food as well nothing to complain anyways

I had a wonderful stay at ITC Rajputana, Jaipur. The location is very convenient and close to the main city attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, especially the breakfast buffet which had both Indian and continental choices. The staff was extremely courteous, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s architecture and ambience give a true royal feel of Rajasthan. Amenities like the pool, spa, and fitness center added extra comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Jaipur.

We also had dinner at Peshawari, which is the exact replica of the iconic Bukhara at ITC Maurya, Delhi, and the experience was truly exceptional. Amenities like the pool, spa, and fitness center added extra comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Jaipur.

Property is average and you want feel like 5 star property. Hospitality is poor. Everyone is looking for tip including housekeeping. Buffet is average and less variety. Location is not good next to railway station. I don’t recommend this property. Pls don’t waste your holidays.

Everything was on point .From food to staff everything was on mark.The ambience n the hospitality was the best.

Excellent Hospitality, Excellent Hotel Staff , Excellent BF and Dinner , Nice food spreads covering local food and we got upgraded to Suite from Executive Double Room so thanks to ITC hotels for making our 3N stay very memorable!

The stay was really good and the property was amazing. The food,view and everything was great.

Went with family there. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Service is fast. Amenities are good, location is good within the city.
