Stayed here for two nights. Any requests made were adhered to. The ac in our allotted room was not working but they ensured to shift us to another room immediately. Great budget hotel!

It was an excellent experience while staying at this hotel. One suggestion though: please change yellow lights and put white led's. Yellow lights gives some dull feelings while staying.

Hotel is 10 kms far from pune railway station as well as from lohegao airport. Just next to hotel there is swagat family resto bar where i had my dinner. There is one more nearby restaurant called kothimbir family restaurant. Complimentary breakfast served at hotel was also good.

Rooms: rooms were neat and clean. Comfortable to accommodate 3 people as additional single bed was available. Air conditioning, fan, tv, etc amenities were present. Bathroom: was clean provided with shower gel, handwash, towels, solar hot water. Location: location is good, just behind amanora mall. Complimentary breakfast: just poha and up-ma was available and in the restaurant below the hotel. Complimentary early check: this myth and the early check in or late check out is chargeable.

Toiletries were not available even after paying a good amount for the room. No hot water. No ironing facility available. Average or below average i would rate stay bird fortune house. Wi-fi connection was weak.

As per the price band, they offer least service. Not good breakfast facility, even basic facility like towel, soap, toothpaste etc were not available. And need to be asked for. Overall as per price not recommended.
