We had a great time, the food was tasty, the service is 10, any question we had - the helped us. The room was very clean and organized (they clean it every day. The hotel is located at the center of the city. Amazing!

Wonderful stay

The stay was wonderful, the service was prompt, the solitary restaurant was nice with good ambience. The breakfast spread was nice. Kudos to the business development team for the idea of first drinks on the house, made us buy few more drinks which was not in plan though. Brilliant marketing strategy. Room had no view the only negative else a 10/10 stay

The hotel is maintained very neatly. Staff are courteous. Bed linen & towels need proper washing/replacement. The food quality in the attached restaurant is very good. They provide very clean drinking water. Only 2 acs are working in such a big dining hall. They are asking to go to the non ac standing section to avail complimentary breakfast. On request they allowed us to have it in the ac hall. They should allow complimentary breakfast in the ac hall.

The hotel was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Stay was decent, it took us a while to reach there because of its confusing entry gate. The shutter closes at 11 making it difficult to order food.

Room size was good. Bathroom flooring was sticky and nothing was provided from their end. Got small medimix soap. Room service and maintenance required. Morning paid breakfast gives you single dish option only.
