Bad Stay
Not clean rooms , full of cockroaches. The doors need repair. The quality of Lenin was too poor, may be not even washed.

Overall Experience was BELOW Average.
Most importantly - I found it bit shady and would not recommend to any families planning to stay there. Overall Experience was BELOW Average. Hotel location: No proper road, all broken road towards hotel for around 200–300 meters. Food - kitchen is not operational and all breakfast was arranged from outside. Complementary breakfast was served only on day2. day1 - reached at10.30PM, so no b/f day2 - Yes, got it. day3 - i left early for some other place at 6AM in morning day4 - I checked out early at 6AM. There is no other food facility because of NONOPERATIONAL kitchen. Amenities - quite average. Initially provided rooms were having non-functional AC, later room changed and shifted to other 2 room, where after few hours one room's AC was leaking with water, then hotel guy called mechanic, and he took 1 hr to fix the AC. Then room cleaning guy for fixing overall room. One room bathroom sink Tap was always leaking if not closing it from another tab located at the bottom of sink. *No electric kettles, no kitchen - No hot water/Tea/coffee. Service - Average service Goods: call receptions for towels, they will provide you. All out with refill was provided.

I stayed for three days and they didn’t even clean the room wash room was not clean

All good but changes will compulsory renovation for the building & food is so good defiantly try chicken palav lemon chicken stater food is excellence

Poor Stay
i had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel itsy infinty. the maintenance was terrible, and the room i stayed in (room 414) was far from satisfactory. there was no dental kit, no shampoo, and even the tv was not recharged. to make things worse, the landline in the room was not working. the breakfast service was appalling – there was no menu, and they only served one plate with two pieces of idli, that too in the room only. the corridor itself was dirty, which speaks volumes about the lack of hygiene. the staff were unprofessional making the experience even worse. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor Stay
Room ac was not working service is slow dental kit was not there towel was not there after calling the receptionist boy 1 towel they gave for 2 guests. Bedsheets are untidy cleaning issue is there. I don't need any discount. But these hotel is horrible. Hotel contact also is not available.

Complementary breakfast is like they are doing favour on us, i have stayed for four days and every morning they serve only idli, intercom don't work, no tea coffee facilities, even if you remind them to clean the room, once back in the evening room is like mesh only, towels they don't change everyday, we have to ask them for fresh towel

Terrible Stay
The staff was not at all cooperative, ac had no wings and had blasted dust when turned on, hotel staff called me to check out, and said that checkout time is 11:00 am. Apporach road is non existant, no in house cook or food, breakfast had idli and utapa only which the service staff bought from outside, once uttapam finished he went again and came back in 20 mins. The pitures are a total lie, hotel not even match

Horrible
Ac was not working, taps were leaking, room was smelling like someone was smoking and they didn’t resolve any of the problems. Really disappointed.
