very basic room...
Very basic room, there were dust and cobwebs on photo hangings and TV and wall corners. The water jug and glasses in room were either unwashed to too old amd with pale yellow stains. The water drain in bathroom was odd, so the water always remained collected near bathroom entrance door. The package says incl breakfast, but they have made arrangements with some local vendor who supplies either poha or upma and super small 20 ml chai... also the breakfast can be availed only after 8.30/8.45 am. So if you have paid for it and plan to leave early for work/darshan; no choice but to miss their so called breakfast.

Very disappointed
Disappointed with the service the pillow were dirty and while booking they mentioned we can checkout 2 hours late from the actually time but there’s no such policy also the receptionist asked for extra charges after checkout and lied to us saying the owner has told him to do so

Poor Stay
Food facilities are not available at the hotel. Beds are too small. Wash room and toilet has malfunctioning equipments. Good part is staffs are friendly and cooperative. Not cost effective.

AC was not cooling sufficiently
Everything was good but No tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. No assistance for luggage at the time of check in and check out. No parking facility.

Terrible Stay
all power control out of rooms doors mid night it's switch of AC by staff lift control also with office boy they switch of the power buton in the day when we ask for lift they switch on very bed experience

Nice comfortable sta
It was very good stay in this hotel. My room was spacious with balcony. I felt so comfortable in this hotel. It's about 3-4 km from Nashik road station. Hotel manager was very kind and well behaved.

Terrible Stay
When we reach at hotel i call to given number on booking slip but no one received call. Light is off for whole building srill we reach with family on 2 nd floor after that there is one persion and tell light is off. And 4-5 time lights off in whole night.. no cleanness and all very poor hotel. Hard money west.

Accessories were missing from our bags.
Property , Food and Amenities were good. But the worst part was that one charger and one earphones were missing from our bags which we left at the hotel.
