We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist without any judgements, we got there early but still the check in process was smooth, we had no troubles in getting outside food delivered in the room itself. The room was good and delivered everything that was promised.

Not worth the money they charge

Food is not available. Do not book room with breakfast! rooms are not that well maintained and hardly 1-2 service staffs!

Stay services does not justify the charges, as there were no laundry available in the morning before 8am and in evening after 7 pm. Also, staff interaction was not satisfactory.

We have to wait for almost 1 hour for the allocation of room, apart from that the room is ok but can be improved. Feel for family its not worth it. Need to think once again to whether come back to same premises or not.

The first thing i saw when i opened the room door was cobwebs lying on the floor. Next the fan switch was not working but cool air was blowing from a duct. Usually the hotels keep toiletries but i couldn't find any.
