Poor Stay
The rooms were very small. Although behaviour of the staff was good, basic amenities like water, towel were not provided everyday. We had to ask the receptionist everytime to get it replaced. There was no carpet or mat inside the room. Walking out from the washroom after a bath would make the whole room wet. Dissatisfied overall.

Cheap accommodation in the heart of Kormangala
The room was spacious and the staff co-operating. All in all an affordable stay in the happening area.

Average Stay
The room was okay overall, but I did notice some stains on the bedsheet and there was a noticeable cigarette smell when I checked in which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the location is excellent it’s right in the heart of Koramangala, close to all the popular restaurants, cafes and shopping areas. If cleanliness can be improved, it would definitely make the stay much better.

The property was not at all what is shown in the image 1. The AC was not cooling the room 2. The bedsheets and linen were dirty 3. The bathroom has a water leakage issue and is not clean 4. Dirtiest rooms, a night of horror !
The first thing you should do is remove all the pictures you uploaded in all the online website and upload the images of the current situation of the rooms. The rooms looked so bad, it was a shock to see the state of it. In your policies, it says smoking is not allowed. But the room and the corridors reek of cigarette smoke. After asking the receptionist, they replied that is the usual smell of the room. Bathroom is so dirty, I don’t know where to start from. The so called “toiletries” are months old and mouldy, any one with a bit of cleanliness wouldn’t touch it with a 10foot pole. The water from AC is dripping on one side of the toilet. That whole corner is BLACK in colour. The bidet in the bathroom has only 3 holes working. Now what has amazed me the most is, what kind of idiot designs a bathroom without any ventilation holes/exhaust fan or even a possibility to open the window. The whole bathroom is a concrete box with no ventilation. It is inhumane to even rent those rooms out. Now about the bed, you should be ashamed to put up stickers/boards claiming “clean and fresh linen”. The bed linen were full of stains. The sofa, just throw it out, it’s original coil or seems to be red, it’s turned to black now. You have an AC with makes cracking sound throughout the night. Sounded like it’s gonna fall on us any time. I really wish there was something that I could appreciate you for. Please stop fooling people by showing those pictures online. This hotel is by far the dirtiest and most unhygienic place I have even stayed in my life. Total disappointment!

Rooms are small and the blanket was dirty.
The blanket was dirty and there were cockroaches. The rooms were very small. I asked them to change the room but even the next one was no better except bigger than the first one. The only good thing is the location.
