Best hotel find from make my trip i recently booked a hotel in lonavala through makemytrip and wanted to share my experience with you. I stayed at the xyz hotel and i must say, it was one of the best hotel experiences i've had in a while. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.

Location is ok, but the route from highway to villa is very worst, for 2 wheeler. Rest all ok, villi was good. It does not maintain paint and floor cleaning.

Living area is good but the swimming pool need to be more clean. Care taker is very good and response is also very well.

The villa was clean and hygienic. The bed were broken during our stay and we had to sleep on the floor with the mattress. The villa is not too inside from the highway but the roads are terrible near the villa

The images shown do not match the property in reality. There's no garden area, the pool finishes before it starts, the living room area is very compact and bedroom acs are outdated and do not function properly. Caretaker is only available on call though he is cooperative. Overall the property is a disappointment in terms of location and space and hygiene.

The caretaker was helpful in attending to our requirements. The only issue was with the fungus on all the walls in the rooms and the living room. Pool was cleaned before the visit.

As a group of 4 people, it was a pretty average stay. Pros: + swimming pool was good. + pool was cleaned daily. + rooms were clean and well maintained. Cons: - exposed wire in swimming pool means cannot turn on the pool lights - do not ask for the barbecue as the helper will use plastic ties to set the fire for the coal in the barbecue. - location of villa means that going to lonavala city will cost you toll every time. - food delivery from the as-wad dhaba is not recommended due to quality.

Moulds throughout the house! exterior of the house looks delapidated. The approach road is a pile of rubble. We paid the full amount but checked out in one hour. There was not even a hint of a possible refund from the owners. Money delivery wn the drain. The family couldn't believe that we had ended up in a place like that. Horrible place so please stay away.

I had complied bout. No repaonse received. I asked for compensation. Worst place to saty. Stay. Charged like premium 5 star hotels. Even we need to beg for towels
