I had booked the same hotel with but i was not satisfied with the booking so i cancelled and booked Though we arrived very late at the hotel but the stay was beautiful.

Cosy rooms. They are studio rooms with a small pantry so if one needs to make maggie or tea one can. Ac was good. There is a good restaurant one level below. Pool was chargeable but was really huge. Great surroundings. Had a great time. 100% recommended

The venue is really nice and the rooms are nice few of them are under renovation few of them lack amenities mentioned. The owner doesn’t stay there it’s a self serve place. We went when the care taker was not there so if few things don’t work then they won’t be fixed the same day the owner will not take responsibility for getting it resolved because he is not there. Also you need to pay security deposit to the owner via online transfer and yes it will be refunded once you leave the room. Television works, wifi works geyser was not working, induction stove available and works, oven works, refrigerator works. Water 24x7 available. Electricity can go and come inverter available. Ac works. Cupboards available. Average for the price which is offered.

The hotel is in a deserted area with minimal security. The room was good and clean, and the ac was working, but the water heater wasn't, and although the tv was on, it hadn't been recharged.

the property location is good . but property is not maintained properly , rooms doors are not repaired and one cupboard in one of the rooms was broken.there was not hot water in the morning also swimming was closed and we have no ℹ️ prior by the owner. no blankets , or any linen is cleaned either fresh, no caretaker is available , we have called 20 times to care for the taker but there was no reply from him. won't recommend this property to anyone neither i will book.

The room had good facilities but lacked cleanliness. There was dust on the floor. The bathroom was fully wet as if someone had recently used it just before we checked in. I believe this room should not be charged above rs 1000- per night. The photos show that it is a luxury room but the room is basic.

While booking, it said that we will get swimming pool and club house amenities but everything was under maintenance. No toiletries were keep before we reaching the hotel. Overall bad experience.

Stinky bathroom, average food but don't expect tea or breakfast before 10 as the restaurant doesn't open. Property located away where there are no other options for food. Amenities like access to pool etc are not included

Location is horrible, no one is on reception, no security at appartment building, only one security at main gate. Rooms were not clean, lots of insects in the room. Bathroom door was in bad condition. Weird smell in the room.

1. Absolutely bad staff. Caretaker was drunk when i checked in 2 bad behavior of caretaker. He misbehaved as well 3. Rooms not as per image shown 4. Nil power backup. . Very bad experience. Caretaker highly unprofessional
