Reception is ok. Spacious rooms. Kind attention is required to repair washroom accessories. Bed sheet is not so clean.

We have booked 2 rooms, bedsheets and pillow covers in both rooms were so dirty, when asked to replace them the person there started arguments and when talked to their senior he provided only 1 bedsheet and didn't agree to change the complete bedding.

The staff was offensive, impolite and rude in the way they talked. The rooms not at all match the description and photos. Moreover the sheets and mattresses were not clean.

Water is poisonous there with bad smell, only total 3 persons in hotel, flush broken, water leak, no clealiness, food not good

We have booked the hotel including the breakfast and dinner but when we reached that hotel. They denied the booking including breakfast and dinner. I call to the make my trip as same time they confirmed me my booking include the breakfast and dinner. At that time both are blaming to each other but no busy provide the solution. I trust on make my trip also booked through make my trip app they are responsible for and giving me the solution urgently. I don't know the ivy resort i trust on make my trip. I am waiting for his response.

The hotel was not at all hygienic with my room at level )5 with no lift. There was no service & only 1 person was managing everything. The room had 3 very very big spiders. The rooms were not clean. The food was also not good.
