This is my fifth stay at hotel jag over the last two years and the standard of service, room cleanliness, quality of food and overall amenities have been consistently very good. Food is slightly overpriced but they cater to your special diet needs in case you have medical restrictions. Support staff and reception desk team members are very prompt and efficient. Overall another very satisfying stay.

Restaurant staff behaviour was too good and cooperative. Rooms were clean. Main attraction is all the shopping centres are very close walkable or accessible soon.

Jag hotel has been our trusted place of stay in chennai. We have been coming to chennai from march'23 for medical treatment and from my first stay i have always returned to jaag. The promptness of service, cleanliness of rooms, reception desk response, quality of food are all excellent and consistent over the year. The buffet spread has variety and they keep changing a few items each day. The chef is very cooperative and customizes the food as per our request as i have medical restrictions. It's always been a great experience staying at jaag.

Pleasant and calm. The atmosphere was really professional. The rooms where well maintained and lovely support from the front desk. Food was okay, both a-la-carte and buffet. A-la-carte was a bit on the costlier end.

I recently stayed at JAAG Hotel in Chennai, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming. The room service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a great variety and quality. Overall, a highly recommended stay!

The rooms were neat and clean, quite spacious. The staff were friendly and the food was adequate as well. The rooms had a stocked minibar and water bottles too. It is located in a nice spot, with adequate parking space as well. Worth staying!

Very convenient location for the work we had gone to do that is attending visa interview at us consulate. Both ofc centre and consulate are 10 mins drive from the place and marina beach is also close by
