The rooms were decent—clean and comfortable—and the food quality was good. However, when we requested to extend our stay by one more day, the quoted price was significantly higher than our original booking. Additionally, the checkout experience was disappointing; a complimentary 2-hour late checkout, the staff insisted we leave by 12 PM.

Found the stay to be very pleasant. The food in the restaurant below was very good too. The staff were very polite. one things that could improve would be the parking space. There was parking in front of the hotel but it is shared with the restaurant customers too and there was some construction going on too, so had dust falling onto the vehicle.

The hotel needs to improve staff behavior and support. The overall experience was below average. Poor staffs support

Very much disappointed with the services offered ; AC was not working, fan was not there , they have provided the table fan upon request .. bathroom was very compact , lack of cleanliness in the room and bathroom .. Room service was pretty slow

Very very poor service and. quality. Checked into 2am as was travelling and wanted rest. Hotel reception did not answer calls . Had to walk in and wake them up. Room 109 The bed sheets had hair on it and was sticky from the detergents used and not washed properly. Shower was clogged and No HOT water. AC vent was broken and not controllable. The stupid staff called 5 times in the morning and disturbed my sleep to check if o was going to have breakfast even though i said no. Horrible experience. Will definitely not visit again and will highly recommend others not. Was a complete waste

The hotel was under going repairs and dust all across. There was no cover parking for the car and the toiletries were missing. There was no hot water from that tap and it wasn't a good experience. May be this was due to Hotel ongoing work but they shouldn't have taken the booking.

loud sound were coming from 4th floor which is under renovation. even after complaining, it is not stopped.please think once again before choosing this hotel

Food was awesome, specifically morning breakfast. Location was also very good, almost center of the city, just 1 km from Mysuru Palace. Jade Garden staff is well behaved, high on customer obsession and room was near and clean

My recent stay at this hotel was highly disappointing and fell well below expectations for a property claiming a 3-star rating. The overall maintenance of the premises is extremely poor, giving the impression of a much lower-grade establishment. The air conditioning was ineffective, and the constant noise from drilling—even during weekends—made it difficult to relax. Basic facilities such as the bathroom were substandard and far from what one would expect at this level. In addition, the hospitality was unimpressive, and there was no provision for secure covered parking; guests are left to park their vehicles on the roadside. These shortcomings collectively create a very unsatisfactory experience. This property does not reflect the standards of a true 3-star hotel, and I would rate it closer to a 2-star or below. Mysore has far better accommodation options available, and I would recommend choosing one of those instead.

Whatever it is shown in the pictures, absolutely very wrong. Actually, they have not provided me dental care open, not also what is there in photo and when we check it is different. When I asked then they gave soap n dental kit

The location of the property is close to all major tourist destinations but also very calm area. All the destination is under 100rupees if you consider Ola/uber auto. Just 4kms from railway station and same distance to bus stand. The property as such is well maintained and kept clean round the day. And the staff is also very friendly and understanding. The restaurant food is great but felt a bit expensive.

Service was excellent, especially the restaurant staff, they were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Food was also good and prompt. Room was comfortable too. And the price at a little over 2k was perfect. Location is also good. Housekeeping promptly cleaned without being asked.
