most bad experience. Room was dark and was stinking. I should have never booked online just by seeing some photos. I couldn't sleep whole night as it was coming foul smell from toilet. Very unhygienic. worst experience like a Night mare. 1 Star is also too much for such hotel.

There was excessive noise from the traffic outside. Although the window didn't close, it clearly wasn't sealed properly - it was draughty and the noise was louder than it should have been.

Rooms were old, small, damp and dirty. The commode was broken and dirty. The bed linen was damp. The extra mattress and pillows were wet.

The location is easily accessible from all the main points.10mins walk to Mall road,3mins walk to DHR etc. The food is simple yet delicious too.All the amenities and services are nice.Staff are friendly.Room no 308 has a great panoramic view of hills and city and if luck is favorable u can enjoy the view of Sleeping Buddha.

Unsupportive staff, even they don't provide water in room. No parking space. only one jug of water has provided for 2 days

They keep the geysar in tha bathroom turned off.we don't get tha hot water we need.when I booked room, I saw that there was a dental kit. But after I got to the hotel, they didn't want to give me a dental kit.

As we are JAIN and the property serves non veg food so not ordered anything Property is on prime location We had booked comfort room so no scenic view but was comfortable. Had a good stay

It was a nice experience of staying at this hotel. Located at a walking distance from darjeeling toy train railway station. The room was spacious, they provided an extra mattress as I requested. The food was also good. Staffs were well behaved. In future I shall prefer to stay at this hotel.

Hotel is very near to dhar station. 2-3 mins walking. Also excellent access for people who can't walk that far also. Car is available at the hotel gate as laden la road is adjacent to the hotel. Walking to the mal is also easy. Rooms with kanchanjanga view are there. Basic amenities are available. Lift not there. Car parking not available but multilevel car parking is nearby or road parking available.

It's a nice place to stay, good and polite staff, and clean rooms. The location of the hotel is quite near to the mall road. Excellent view of kanchenjunga from some of the rooms.

Major points to consider: pros 1. The room (comfort category) is ideal for a small size family (3 members, 2 adults + 1 child. Even three adults can accommodate, i think. 2. I found the room tariff (rs. 1. 8k) reasonable with the given facilities. 3. You get a spacious, neat & clean bathroom, quality toiletaries, coffee-kit, electric water heater, hygeinic glasses and coffee cups, towels, & bathroom slipper. I liked the bathroom fittings and wood-works very much. 4. The check-in and check-out process was simple & hassle-free. 5. The location was easy to find; with easy access to the important shops, malls, and eateries on the mall road. Cons 1. We did not get a mountain view room (it did not much bother us though. Do think before booking if you are specifically interested in a mountain view room. 2. There is hardly any means to dry your clothes within the room since it does not have a balcony. I am overall happy, rate it 9. 5 out of 10 and would like to book it again for a short duration stay.

Room and all are okay. Location is also good, 2-3 minutes from Darjeeling Railway Station.

Water not provided in Room on check in time. House keeping service providing on request, not in daily basis. Food quality is rich. Tea and other food services start after 8.30 am. Staff are good helpful.
