Hotel stay was nice. Room were clean. Amenities were available. Location is not very far from mg road. Staff behaviour were good. Hotel food is also very nice.

Employee's & service is very good. Veg foods are awesome. Employee's are very cooperative but a little bit old property. Overall a nice place to stay in gangtok near mg marg.

This was a wonderful experience at jain group hotel potala. The room was clean. The food was truly delicious. The hotel staff were very supportive and helpful. I would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone who is wishing to visit gangtok and searching a hotel near mg marg. Looking forward to visit again.

We had a nice experience. Clean room and bathroom. Staffs are all good, well behaved. Even the location of the hotel is quite good not very far from mg marg (mall) it's a walking distance. I highly recommend it to the tourists

Staying at jain group potala gangtok was excellent. They took care of our family of 11 people very well. They assisted in each n every single requests and very warm heartedly welcomed us. We also booked the hotel for another night due to bad weather in sikkim and we couldn’t travel to darjeeling. Kudos to the team !

I stayed in jain group of hotel (hotel potala) it is very near from mahatma gandhi marg, and hotel staff is very good and honest, hotel manager is also good, and hotel room is so clean, i was very happy to reach there. So i suggest to all that jain group hotels is the best.
