Location of property very good nature aspect, food was good, amenities n services very good. House staff as sri manish n sri pray-as were very good.

Stayed for nights it was very good experience with views of kanchandunga mountain range. Sitting arrangement at the front of resort was a great help to get sun in cold.

The location of palpasha resort is very beautiful. The resort staff was very cooperative and helping. Food served was excellent. Overall experience in resort was pleasant and satisfying.

A bit outside of the city but worth the choice. Property manager is an amazing person very talkative, welcoming. Loved the gesture he has shown towards the guests. Good service. Excellent food

Very much satisfied with the facilities amd services. Just a suggestion, people are leaving pelling around 5-6 am while checking out and would advise to serve breakfast a bit early. We did get similar sort of service in lachung where the breakfast was served at 5:30 am

We stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms are big and washroom is good. It only provide veg food. Services for food are delayed. Staffs are courtesious and good. Overall very good hotel in 3k budget.

Hotel is good and spacious. Food is pure veg and strict timing is there, if you delay in ordering you will not get any food and there is no restaurant nearby.

Kanchanganga view from the rooms are very good, but food is biggest problem in hotel. 1. Food is costly as compare to food outside. Example you will get buffet at ₹500 where as it is available only at ₹300 outside. 2. You need to buy food only from their Buffet menus. If you want other dish from Menu card then it will not be available. 3. There is nothing around the hotel for outside food which is very big problem. I am mentioning this because we returned from pelling sight seeing at 1:30 pm in expectation that we will get lunch in Jain hotel. But, when we arrived at hotel, we could not get lunch because the food gets served till 1 pm only. So again we got one ₹600 cab from hotel and went for lunch outside near zero point. 5. The food available is mostly Jain food, not normal one.

Though the location is excellent but the food, beverages housekeeping services and room service need a mammoth uplifting. Quality of food is horrible though it’s a pure veg resort

Property poorly managed with very limited resources

Booked 3 rooms for 2 families. Following are pros and cons of property pros - 1. New property with limited rooms (12-15 rooms) 2. Majority of rooms are valley facing 3. Only difference in deluxe and non deluxe is valley view cons 1. Situated in lower pelling not ideal for best valley views 2. Very remote location from pelling city centre. 3. During monsoons, area cutoff from rest of city. 4. Limited resources, in case of power cutoff even emergency power back up is also switched off. Spent entire night in complete dark. 6. Very basic food preparation for breakfast and dinner more like a guest house. Limited food and limited options my recommendation is to only book this property if available less including meals .

While staying in pal-pasha, i had the worst experience in my whole life. I have never seen such a third class resort ever. I couldn't sleep the whole night. The problem was started during checking in and remained as still continues till the checked out. I already spoke to hotel manager, who was not available present that night in resort. There was no responsibility for customers. While complaining, they told me to contact you about your booking.
