wonderful Bhopal- My stay at Jains
I stayed for 2 days and found the rooms clean and user friendly with supportive staff. the location is ideal and near major banks and a shopping mall. we were well received and their service was top notch.

I will not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. No proper service and very unkind people at reception. They change the rules after check in.

Good Stay
Hotel is good, but i received wrong location due to which i traveled approximately 1. 5 hrs for no reason to find the hotel and pay heavily to taxi.

Feels like india in dubai
businessCitymax is my favorite habitat while in dubai. Feels like home away from home. You will not miss india if you are at citymax.

Good for single occupant short stay.
Location is good. Deluxe room is bit small. Good for single occupancy. Difficult for second occupant to move in a room. Room service is average. Every-time you have to remind them. Clean rooms. Staff is not that cooperative.

Bad experience
They were not ready to give me room initially. After explaining a lot and request they agreed to give room. Room was not good, they gave me breakfast to another hotel, remote of tv replaced 4 times even after not working, i spent rs for 3 hours and even though such a bad experience

Very excellent food, unlimited thali, they have got another dining hall for ala-carte, brick oven pizza's plus all facility rooms. Staffs are very pleasant and welcoming.

familyGood location. Decent buffet breakfast. Decently sized rooms. Average hygiene (torn bedsheets, towel quality basic, construction going on, poor customer service ( at times rude, slow to respond, little empathy with customer. Good service in restaurant (buffet at the other rajhans. Overall, never to come back to this place.

Renovation was underway on the property so can't judge rooms bedsheet and floor seemed dirty hygiene could be better room service was great food was on a bit oily side location is great, public transport easily available affordable stay overall good experience. Thanks
