Review Of Jaipur Qila - A Boutique Hotel and Rooftop Cafe

It was the worst experience of my life. Room was small like a prison, no facility, no balcony provided. Room was full of insects, some bite my husband also, and he got a bad rash. Food was not at all available. It only looks good in the internet pictures. In fact we could not order through zomato or Swiggy because it is so so far from city that every platform asked for extra charges for delivery and also was taking easily more than an hour. Horrible horrible experience. Suffocating rooms.

The property location was a bit far from the main city but near from jal Mahal, the rooms were good and similar to what was shown on the website, the service was also good, they gave us an upgrade since we wanted two rooms together but the locality of the hotel was a bit shady and didn't feel safe at night because of the lighting around the hotel and since the hotel was far from main market, commuting everyday was time consuming but inside the hotel it was good, but there were no one other than us in the hotel so it sometimes felt a bit unsafe.

The property location was a bit far from the main market but near Jal Mahal, but the street at which the location was there was very shabby, the rooms looked good, service was also good. very time consuming to commute to the markets and tourist spots. The service was good, even got an upgrade but not too many people in the property so felt a little strange.

Food was so costly. Rest was fine

Hospitality and organisation is very freindly. Food is good too. Room pictures are similar to actual room.

The property was excellent. Owner was good. The service/waiters needs to improve a bit. They were kind of clueless.

Everything in this hotel was amazing. Great staff service - reception, breakfast, restaurant - all our needs were met very quick and the staff was always happy to help and smiling. I will come back if i come back to jaipur. Location also very good, took a nice evening stride to jal mahal and did some shopping.

Great property, comfortable stay and at a perfect location. Staff at hotel is also very cordial and helpful. Rooftop cafe is the cherry on the cake - one view of jalmahal and other view is of arvali mountain - it was so soothing jalmahal is just a kilometre away and all other sightseeings are in kms radius. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family
