I was checking a property which is walkable distance to main market. Also i was looking for a budget stay not a costly one. Service is very good and also staff behaviour is nice. Ample parking space and they also provide bike rentals. Overall i will recommend this place to family or solo traveller

I was amazed to see the kind of help hotel staff was extending to us. Every one including Sajjad at reception, Sameer, and others helped a lot to us and made our journey easy. The rooms were clean and service was fab. Hotel is near main market and bikes shop on rent are hardly 50 meters away.

Hotel location is best as market and all is near. At free time once you come back from sight view you can stroll around market and see local people life their.
It is one of best hotel to stay in Leh as market and restaurant is just walking distance. Hotel manager and all staff were from Jammmu, they are very good in hospitality and humble with guest.

Good options for food and traditional Kahava.
Staff was very friendly and open in sharing information. They even helped us get the permit to Pangon Tso.

Rooms are clean and hotel is in proximal distance from market and airport.. Service is average.. Bathrooms are clean.. Overall good experience and value for money.. Would recommend for those who want to have good accommodation in cheap rate.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days. Wi-fi is not working, hot water is not available, electricity for 5-6 hours a day, room service is pathetic. Food is not upto mark, After booking room for 3rd day on hotel counter in advance on 1st day, they said that you have to vacate the room immediately, because your room got online booked by someone else, that too was very annoying. Staff is not co-operative. This hotel is not a value for money, don't book here. Many other better options are available on same location.

Let me start with good things first. The only good thing was that the linen were clean and fresh. Located not far from the market but the Road is all bad. Even difficult to walk. But even locals and taxi driver have no idea where it is located. No lifts. No geyser in bathroom. No toiletries. If you ask, they provide a soap to wash hands. Rest you have to manage. Electricity is another problem in Leh, and hotel has no 24 hr power backup. You don't get to watch all channels on Tatasky too, as most are not subscribed. No internet facility. And no restaurant in hotel. There are few food joints at walking distance but walking at night with light and Road is quite risky. The service first day was bad, but after giving some peace of mind to the staff, they were very good after that. Overall not a place I would recommend to stay.

The room service and behavior of employees were worst. It was as if they had done mercy on us by letting us stay there.
